- Stage 1
Introductory Call
The introductory call is an opportunity for us to get to know you better and learn more about your background, experience, and career interests. During this conversation, we’ll discuss the role, your qualifications, and what you’re looking for in your next opportunity. We’ll also share more about our company, team, and interview process, and answer any initial questions you may have.
The conversation is typically conducted by a member of our Human Resources team and generally lasts 15 to 30 minutes.
- Stage 2
Hiring Manager Interview
The hiring manager interview is a more in-depth conversation focused on your experience, skills, and how your background aligns with the role and team needs. During this stage, you’ll meet directly with the hiring manager to discuss your background, professional accomplishments, day-to-day responsibilities, and career goals.
This interview is also an opportunity for you to learn more about the team, expectations for the role, company culture, and what success looks like in the position. We encourage candidates to ask questions and use this conversation to determine whether the opportunity is the right fit for their career goals.

- Stage 3
Offer
The offer stage is an opportunity for us to formally discuss the details of joining our team. During this step, a member of our recruiting or leadership team will review the compensation package, benefits, start date, and any additional details related to the role and onboarding process.
This conversation is also intended to give you the opportunity to ask any final questions and ensure you have the information needed to make an informed decision. We want candidates to feel confident and excited about the next step in their career journey with our organization.
Following the discussion, you will receive a formal written offer outlining the terms of employment for your review and consideration.
- Stage 4
Hired
The hired stage marks the beginning of your journey with our organization. Once your offer has been accepted and pre-employment steps are completed, our team will begin preparing for your onboarding experience and transition into your new role.
During this stage, you’ll receive important information regarding onboarding, training, technology setup, and your first days with the company. Our goal is to ensure you feel welcomed, informed, and set up for success from day one.
